Single strollers are without a doubt the most commonly seen, used and purchased strollers. A single stroller is designed to hold one child and is available in a variety of styles including jogging, umbrella, carriage, all-terrain, and standard as well as combo and travel system.

Single strollers are available with front facing or rear facing seats. Some models even offer a reversible seat that can be switched around for different situations such as a child growing older and wanting to face out or being in a busy area and desiring your child to face you as you push through.

Whether your child is a newborn or a toddler, there is a single stroller on the market to accommodate all of your strolling needs. Many models can even adapt and change as your child grows to eliminate the need for another stroller. These strollers are usually combo strollers or travel systems since the bassinet or car seat is designed for an infant and the stroller underneath is adequate for an older baby or toddler.

Today many single strollers can even be adapted for the occasional second passenger. Once a new baby is in a stroller, an older child may want back on so manufacturers are now offering jump seats and ride on boards that snap onto single stroller models.
